Troll Warlord is a great Carry hero you can play with. His skills really help his aggressiveness to become a dangerous one. His ability to slow enemies and gain bonus attack damage makes him a great Carry. The items for Troll Warlord should be more on damage attribution. Don’t go for another attack speed items because he has already the skill for attack speed but go for DPS items so he can kill instantly.

The early game item build for Troll Warlord can be the following:

Ancient Tango of Essifation – This item helps Troll Warlord to regenerate when in mid health condition.

Healing Salve – This item helps Troll Warlord to regenerate more fast whenever he is in a low health condition.

Ironwood Branch – This item grants each attributes for Troll Warlord giving her more strength and toughness.

Magic Stick – This helps you to counter spell caster enemy heroes.

Slippers of Agility – This adds some agility to Troll Warlord to grant her more attack speed and attack damage. This item soon converted to Wraith Band.

The mid game item build for Troll Warlord can be the following:

Power Treads – This boots gives her strength and speed.

Vanguard – This item gives her Health Points and toughness during the game. This item can be maintained until the late game.
