The Starting Item Build for Kardel can be the following:

Healing Salve – This item helps Kardel to regenerate more fast whenever he is in a low health condition.

Ancient Tango of Essifation – This item helps Kardel to regenerate when in mid health condition.

Ironwood Branch (2x) – This item grants each attributes for Kardel giving him more strength and toughness.

Slippers of Agility (2x) – This adds some agility to Kardel to grant her more attack speed and attack damage. This item soon converted to Wraith Band.

The Core Item Build for Kardel can be the following:

Power Treads – This boots gives him strength and speed.

Wraith Band – This item for Kardel gives agility attributes and other stats.

Manta Style – This helps Kardel to replicate himself into two to help him during the clash.

The Extension Item Build for Kardel can be the following:

Black King Bar – This helps him to tank and hit more during clash preventing spells to cast on him.

Butterfly – This item gives Kardel more attack speed and grants evasion that counters other melee enemies.

Helm of Dominator – This grants him lifesteal and also improve his armor.

Buriza-do Kyanon – This gives Kardel a lot more damage and a chance to do more damage.
